After 10 years at AFC Bournemouth Kev needed a new challenge. He started providing workplace seated massage in Bournemouth. This gave him a fantastic insight into the wellbeing of the staff, and how their work environment, workload and autonomy can affect their wellbeing.

Kev teamed up with Dorset MIND to implement mental health awareness training for all staff and developed a comprehensive wellbeing strategy to promote key areas of Physical, Mental & financial wellbeing.
